LiraPay is a commercial brand of CardBlue Ltd, a Maltese company with its registered office at Quantum House 75, Level G, Abate Rigord Street, Ta' Xbiex, XBX 1120, Malta. CardBlue Ltd acts as an agent of Paynetics AD for the territory of the Republic of Malta, registered in the public register of e-money institutions’ agents maintained by the Bulgarian National Bank, and as a subcontractor of Paynetics AD for the territory of other EU member states. Paynetics AD is a company incorporated in the Republic of Bulgaria (company number: 131574695), with its head office at 76A James Bouchier Blvd., Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria. Paynetics AD is an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) authorized and supervised by the Bulgarian National Bank under the Law on Payment Services and Payment Systems. It is licensed for the issuance, distribution, and redemption of electronic money and the provision of payment services, with passporting rights to operate across the EU and EEA.
